And then I noticed there were no breakfast or protein bars in the snack area in the lobby to allow for a quick grab/go breakfast (there had been on my previous visits) so I made the request at the front desk on Monday - again, no response from anyone. I requested something be installed the first day I got there and got no response from anyone. This last stay the room was very nice again but I found it odd the shower had absolutely no soap tray or shelf of any sort - nothing to put shampoo or soap on. Nice new rooms and very nice bar/pool area on same level as lobby. We would respectfully offer a welcome back stay with us and show you what we are capable of service wise.Please share contact information with us at: here on business - this last time I stayed all week. I will share comments and enforce this service. We are usually very good and quick about this. Last but not least, There is no reason for our Front Desk staff to keep deliveries with them. A simple request for a more spacious room is all it will take to try our best to accommodate you in a more spacious room. ![]() Depends on the floor and where on the floor your room is, you will find rooms with sizes ranging from 250 sqft to 550 sqft. Rooms - We do have a wide variety of Room sizes throughout Hotel Indigo. As for your car being damaged I will directly share this with "Diversified Company" so they can follow up with the process of covering your damage. We do not have our own parking property, per se, and thus rely on this Company for Valet Parking or other couple of Parking properties around the corner (walking distance) if a Guest prefers to park its own vehicle. Valet Parking - This a third company working in conjunction with Hotel Indigo. We do have signs stating the entrance Hotel Indigo, but you may be right, we should consider either more signs or larger ones. Entrance - Our entrance is quite unconventional being in the Downtown area where the Hotel is part of a much larger building. All of the staff was warm and friendly, and we would not hesitate to stay here again! We had leftovers and hadn't spent much time in the room so we weren't sure if there was a mini fridge or not, and Amada immediately called the concierge and had one sent up for us which was waiting there when we were finished. Everything was fantastic and the service was perfect. ![]() We also order cocktails that were delicious. We then went to dinner downstairs in the restaurant the Downtowner and ordered the guacamole, steak cocktail, and fish tacos. He continued to offer his services at every turn he seemed to be there whenever we needed him. The bellhop Dave brought our luggage up immediately and was kind and had a great sense of urgency. Pam at check in was helpful and explained everything in detail and offered information about the hotel and surrounding area. We were captivated by the beautiful décor and ambiance of the hotel. The bellhop helped with our luggage and directed us to the check in on the fifth floor. We arrived around 9 pm and the valets were immediately helpful and explained the process. I rarely leave trip advisor reviews but the amazing service and facilities made me excited to share about my experience. My friend and I stayed at the Indigo during a cross country road trip in which our route was redirected through El Paso last minute due to a winter storm.This hotel is absolutely beautiful. ![]()
